1. What we sell
Ditto sells digital and professional services (website design, development, and related work). We do not sell physical products. There is nothing to ship back.

2. Returns and exchanges
Returns are not accepted.
Exchanges are not accepted.
Those options apply to physical goods. They do not apply to Ditto services.

3. When a refund is available
Cancel before substantive project-specific work begins: Ditto’s service fee is generally refunded.
After substantive work begins: fees for work already performed are earned and not refunded. If the project stops early, Ditto may refund any truly unearned portion after counting completed work, delivered materials, and authorized third-party costs.
After the service is substantially completed, delivered, published, launched, transferred, or otherwise made available as agreed: the fee is earned and not refunded except where law requires it or Ditto agrees in writing.
A deposit is non-refundable only if that was clearly disclosed before payment.
Routine pre-sale conversation is not substantive work. Design, development, coding, configuration, content implementation, SEO work, platform setup, integration work, and testing are substantive work.

4. What is not refunded by Ditto
Domain, hosting, website-builder, plugin, software, advertising, and similar third-party charges. Cancel and seek refunds from that provider.
Amounts a third party has already been paid or committed to on your behalf, to the extent that provider does not refund them.

5. How refunds are paid
Refunds go to the original payment method when reasonably possible. Payment is processed by Stripe. How long the refund takes to show on your statement is controlled by Stripe and your bank.
Duplicate charges and confirmed billing errors will be corrected.

6. How to ask
Email info@dittowebdesign.com with your name, the email used to pay, the date and amount, and why you are requesting a refund. Ditto does not run a subscription-cancellation desk. Ditto charges one-time fees.

7. Healthcare projects
Healthcare Work is covered by a separate written healthcare agreement. Refunds for that work still follow this policy and the Terms unless that agreement says otherwise.

8. Legal rights
Nothing in this policy takes away a refund or consumer right that cannot legally be waived, including rights under Florida law.
